You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@serpist.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Serpist reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Serpist operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
All content, software, and materials on Serpist — including but not limited to the platform design, algorithms, and branding — are owned by Serpist and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Your keyword data and tracking results remain your property. We do not claim ownership over the data you input into the platform.
Serpist is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ranking data will be 100% accurate at all times. Search engine results are dynamic and subject to change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serpist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Serpist at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Serpist shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
